Our salesman Louis Orozco was genuinely interested in meeting our objective rather than his own interest of making a sale. He was friendly and very customer oriented. After we agreed on a deal which was easy to work through with absolutely no high pressure, we went home with the understanding that the car we wanted was being requested from another dealership. Over the weekend, we decided to change our mind and upgrade to the luxury model. When I called Louis, he graciously and willingly said no problem let me find you the XT5 you asked for in the color combination that we liked. Next day, I received the call that the car was located and will be available for pickup next day which occurred without a hitch. The entire process from start to end was very pleasant and I woul without hesitation say that this was my best car leasing experience. Financing was a breeze, on star setup and showing the car details, features and functions was very effectively done.
