I was told different price for chk engine and work was not completed as I ordered and codes and clock were not reset and I felt that they were guessing what my car needed after I ordered my starting problem to be fixed they replaced an electrical unit which did not solve my problem then I was told I needed a starter and I didn’t because I replaced the battery at Bergen Tire and I was told about the codes not being reset !

The dealer took my car and had me in a loaner in about 15mins. I got a call later that the oil change was done and identified my issue. I also was provided a list of recommended services. I returned the loaner, paid the bill, and was in my car within 20mins. Everyone that helped me through the process was very nice and I was treated like I had a new car even though I did not.
