Extremely disappointing experience. It has been 59 days since I purchased my vehicle, and my trade-in has still not been paid off. I later learned that my trade-in vehicle was sold to another buyer before the lien was cleared, which created serious concerns and unnecessary stress. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with the dealership, the issue remains unresolved. This situation has raised questions about the dealership’s business practices and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone considering a vehicle purchase.

I purchased the vehicle on 03/21/26 from Open Road Cadillac of Morristown. At the time of purchase, the salesperson, Rodrigo, informed me and showed me documentation stating that the total financed cost of the vehicle, including taxes and all additional fees, would be $42,000. However, in May, I received a bank statement showing the total financed cost as approximately $49,000, including taxes and fees. This represents an unexpected increase of about $7,000 that was never disclosed or discussed during the purchase process. I clearly explained to Rodrigo the budget I had and specifically stated that I did not want the total cost to exceed $42,000. He assured me not to worry and confirmed both verbally and through the documentation shown to me that the final total would remain at $42,000. Since receiving the statement, I have made several attempts to contact Open Road Cadillac of Morristown to resolve this issue and correct these discrepancies. Unfortunately, my phone calls and messages have been ignored, and I have not received any response. I believe dealerships are obligated to clearly and honestly disclose all costs at the time of sale. Increasing the total amount after the purchase without proper disclosure is misleading and appears deceptive and fraudulent toward customers.

Went in to lease a cadillac escalade after reading the attractive lease offer on the car window. They asked my name, DOB, and SS# at the door even before I was seated. After 20 minutes of credit check (they had'nt asked about what car I wanted yet), one sleezy guy came up with all smiles (yes, I have a good credit), and we talked about possible trade ins and car details. He kept pushing me to buy the escalade, without telling me the lease offer. After about 45 minutes of nothing, I asked about the window sticker lease offer, and he had me wait another 30 minutes. Then he came back with the manager, and they told me the price was for finance with 90% down (about $50000 down).
