I started with Cadillac of Mahwah and continued with other Cadillac and GM dealerships for the best lease option that fits my budget. My sales person; Rick Van Hattum reached out to me via email and I explained what I was looking for on a lease. He kept in constant contact with me (not at all pushy or bothersome) to keep me updated on what he can do for me. He was very understanding of my situation, what I was looking for and very patient! I'm really thankful for the team of Rick and Paul for understanding and working with me to get the best lease deal for my budget. The place to go for your new Cadillac Todd Porter sent out a blanket email about their end of the year sale. It seemed like your typical dealer "sale" where you come in and the vehicle yo Todd Porter sent out a blanket email about their end of the year sale. It seemed like your typical dealer "sale" where you come in and the vehicle you are looking for was just sold but they have many others you can choose from. I've been through that one quite a few times. Not the case here. They did have a few to choose from, in fact I ended up purchasing a different car than the one I was originally interested in but they did have all the cars in the flyer. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional. Cadillac of Mahwah has it's act together when it comes to customer service. They made me feel welcome and relaxed in what can be a stressful experience. I'm sure we will be back when it comes time for our next purchase. I couldn't be happier with my experience. More
