Pleasant and friendly I usually drop my car off for service and take a loaner but this was only for an oil change so I waited. The lounge area has comfortable seats as I usually drop my car off for service and take a loaner but this was only for an oil change so I waited. The lounge area has comfortable seats as well as a long table with multiple spots to plug-in if you need to. There is a pretty cool coffee machine. You can get iespresso, cappuccino , Coffee, etc. There are also bagels to consume While waiting I wandered around the show room and I got to check out the new XT4. More
