One was Cadillac Village of Norwood, upon entering your showroom we were greeted by Doug Ostroff. Having dealt with many car salespersons we found Doug to be extraordinary. His knowledge of the product, his ability to connect with people was superior. Doug was a major reason we purchased the SRX he showed us. He answered all our concerns and made us feel as we were the only customers that mattered.
