Brought my car in for a 9:30 appointment. Was supposed to get a rental car. Waited 2 hours for it. When I picked up my brand new Cadillac it had a big dent in it. Took 3 weeks for the service Was supposed to get a rental car. Waited 2 hours for it. When I picked up my brand new Cadillac it had a big dent in it. You have to pick your sales consultant wisely. I’m a 3 time returning customer and will not be back. 1 out of the 3 sales consultant was good.
