Sales staff is nice. Service and Parts people can get tricky. Everytime I need servicing past oil, it takes forever and they tell you it will be done sooner. Makes you Service and Parts people can get tricky. Everytime I need servicing past oil, it takes forever and they tell you it will be done sooner. Makes you feel like they dont really know what they are doing. Parts will do the same when you need to order a part, they lie and tell you it will be in tmrw or next day, and it doesnt come in for weeks, again, why are you not able to have an accurate answer? Since it became NC and not Cain, really gone down hill with same people employed. More
