We bought a 2012 CR-V in January 2012 and had an excellent experience with the salesman, Justin Crosby. Last summer I had trouble resetting the radio in our 2007 Fit (bought elsewhere). Ashlee looked up the information, came out to the parking lot and fixed the radio cheerfully and without charge. This week we took the Fit in to have the battery replaced, and the service staff looked up and addressed pending recalls. The cost of the new battery was made clear at the beginning, as was the fact that we would need to leave the car overnight (we took it in at 3 pm!). We paid for the $25.95 wash and vac, which was a major bargain. The car runs well, it shines inside and out, and the people were attentive and pleasant. We will certainly go back. More
