I originally called just to get a quote for leasing options. Justin was very friendly and very thorough in his explanation of all of the leasing options. Justin again walked us through the process so that we understood. We were asked several times if we had any questions and Justin did seem to care if we were happy or not. We met with two other employees who were also quite helpful. When I received the car, my preferred radio stations were set and my personalized options were in place. Bobby is a great professional but also very responsive to customer needs. Having just arrived from another country, the experiences at other dealerships were not the best and Bobby was accommodating to our f customer needs.
