My husband and I bought a 2011 Honda Accord on June 20. My husband responded to a letter from the Cambridge Honda dealership about trade-in opportunities for our Honda Civic (2008). He got an excellent quote for the trade-in and for a new Accord from the manager on June 18. Then he returned with me on June 19 and 20 to test drive the car and decide whether to buy. We were both very impressed by the quality of care and service that Rebecca Rideout gave us. She took initiative and pushed forward our paperwork with the insurance company and MVA. She patiently answered all our questions and took care of all the details. When the Honda serviceman unexpectedly left early, she took it upon herself to take the car to a nearby gas station for an inspection sticker. She also noted a missing cover in the car and found a replacement and made sure the tire pressure was correct. (Another dealership had us riding out of the lot only to find alarms sounding because air pressure was too low.) My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Cambridge Honda. We love the car and highly recommend the dealership, and especially Rebecca Rideout, for her friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile. More

I drove out the door with my new car in less than four days ! More
I walked into the dealership on a rainy day and about an hour before closing time. I was greeted with a smile and patience. Of course there are always glitches when making any major purchase, but I remained impressed by Bobby's patience, courtesy, and attention to my questions. I also appreciated the follow-up call a couple of days later to make sure I was enjoying my car. I'm sure I could've saved a little (very little) money by shopping around, but to me the comfort I felt with this dealership was worth it. More

Bobby inspired confidence that he was on my side and was really interested in getting me the best deal he could. He drove me over to the dealerships storage lot(about 5 miles away)because they didn't have the color of the car I was interested in on the dealership lot. On the negative side, the person answering the phone at the dealership has a poor telephone manner and first salesman I spoke with on the phone(don't remember his name) didn't seem like someone I wanted to do business with. On the day I came to pick up the car, the financial manager was not very personable. His manner was cut and dried and too abrupt and rushed. He didn't on his own take the time to explain things to me carefully but when I asked, he did answer my questions. Their was some confusion about the terms of the deal that Bobby and I had worked out and he had to rewrite the contract a couple of times. I'm not sure whose fault this was but Bobby apologized a few times for the inconvenience and delay. The financial manager just seemed irritated about the situation and expressed it to Bobby. He may have been justified in doing so but it created a slightly awkward situation. In the end, Bobby's friendly, professional and accommodating manner and the deal he helped me to get left me feeling happy with my experience with Cambridge Honda and this is why I would recommend the dealership. More

Sometimes sales people can be too familiar, acting as if they are your new best friend, but that was not the case with Bobby. He was friendly and helpful but also relaxed and professional. I don't think that is an easy balance to achieve. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership was professional and helpful. We had some minor issues with the used car we purchased. I called Bobby and he immediately contacted service, set up an appointment that was convenient for me, and scheduled a rental car so we would not be without a car. I didn't even have to ask about it. He just did it. As a result, there was no inconvenience to have the car fixed. The service department was also amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful and the repair was done quickly. Although we live about an hour from this dealer, because of our positive experience with Bobby, we would definitely return to it when we need another car. Thank you, Bobby, for making our car-buying experience completely stress-free. More
