Unauthorized Charge and no response I authorized a $1000 refundable deposit to hold a price. Dan McCoy decided, unbeknownst to me, to charge me $3000. I sent several emails, even left I authorized a $1000 refundable deposit to hold a price. Dan McCoy decided, unbeknownst to me, to charge me $3000. I sent several emails, even left a voice mail to get my deposit back with no response. Huge waste of my time, 3 weeks, to get the refund back through a dispute case with VISA. Glad I purchased from another VW dealer. Suggest you do the same. Garbage customer service. More
