Extremely disappointed, vehicle was asked to be returned for reconditioning to be certified. Once the vehicle was returned , splash guard under bumper was missing. You would think a certified vehicle with s for reconditioning to be certified. Once the vehicle was returned , splash guard under bumper was missing. You would think a certified vehicle with supposed 160 point inspection would have all the parts. Buyer beware , was told all missing parts were considered into the price. However very possible it was removed during post sale inspection. Would not recommend extremely disappointed in professionalism and customer service. More

She also introduced us to the finance advisor, Andres Martinez, who was just as solid. Neither of them tried to push anything on us — they just made sure we understood everything and found the right fit. After the purchase, one of the sales managers even called to check in and make sure we were happy with the truck. That extra follow-up really showed they actually care about their customers.
