Update-02/23/205 - The had my truck for 48 hours and the issue has not been resolved but Andre from the shop tech was nice enough to tell me they are not going to do any additional work to resolve the issue issue has not been resolved but Andre from the shop tech was nice enough to tell me they are not going to do any additional work to resolve the issue. I was really hoping for a good experience, but I’m beyond disappointed. Levi was nice, and Chris assured me that the used Tundra I bought was in good shape, with only a few minor issues they promised to fix. Yet here I am, over two weeks later, having wasted 16 hours dropping off the truck, and the problem is still unresolved. To make things even worse, now the brakes are squealing when I stop. Instead of taking responsibility, everyone just keeps passing me off to someone else. They make you feel valued and taken care of—until they get your money. After that, you’re on your own. Over two weeks and $40,000 later, I’m still waiting just to hear about scheduling to have the issue diagnosed. At this point, I cannot in good faith recommend anyone purchase a used vehicle here. This experience has been nothing but frustrating, exhausting, and a complete letdown. More
