When Toyota,RAV4 was returned after service was performed - I noticed 2 days later that a tire valve stem nitrogen cap was missing. Small detail but all details are important. When I arrived at the dealership for my service I ended up standing around for about 10 minutes. People were walking past me but no one asked to help.
