I scheduled a test drive of a new nissan that I had stumbled across on the internet a week prior to purchase. I was only online because I was at a nissan dealership in my area and I just experienced the worst customer service of all time. A week later we decided to drive to Niles from Chicago to see the car. I knew I wanted a new car I had no idea I’d be driving back to Chicago with it. When we arrived, they were expecting us, the car was clean and Sally was ready for me to take it for a spin. She let me tour the town of Niles actually. Sally had an answer to every question I had, I was impressed. When really she was just prepared and I appreciated that so much.
