I wish I needed more cars. To start we live in Grand Ledge, Mi. we are over 100 miles away. I had been looking for this Flex for 2 weeks. It was for my wife, price was below mar To start we live in Grand Ledge, Mi. we are over 100 miles away. I had been looking for this Flex for 2 weeks. It was for my wife, price was below market. Limited all the options she requested well its loaded, the miles is great. I called on a Saturday and was Lucky to talk to Erik Blad. I called dealers in Grand Rapids, Alpena, Traverse City. I called all over and no one was as helpful and a easy to work with than Erik. Well I drove down on Monday drove the Flex did all the paper work, next day wife and I drove down with certified check to seal the deal and Erik drove the car to meet us so we didn't have to drive all the way back to the dealership.( thought that was very nice of him to offer). I test drove a 2018 Nissan Rogue but was determined to drive some older models because I really wanted a sunroof. Erik laid out all my options without being pushy and also offered to have a sunroof installed with no added cost. I left the dealership and ended up texting Erik about 20 minutes later to come back for the car. He set up the sunroof installation for me and it turned out perfectly. I would highly recommend this dealership! More
