2000 Ford F150 I tried calling Campbell Ford on Saturday to inquire about the 2000 Ford F150 that was listed on the website. A recording picked up telling me to call I tried calling Campbell Ford on Saturday to inquire about the 2000 Ford F150 that was listed on the website. A recording picked up telling me to call back during business hours (I was calling during business hours), so I decided to stop in. I was told the vehicle that I wanted to look at was no longer available. I received a text from Scott Mabry shortly after leaving the dealership asking me to call him back. I called him back and he let me know that the truck I had inquired about actually was still available. I went back and purchased the truck. I was in and out within an hour. My experience was pleasant and quick. I knew purchasing an older vehicle came with risk (and no warrantly) and signed a document stating the truck would be sold "as is". I just needed the truck for occasional trips the store to purchase lumber/building materials and do use around my property. Since I purchased the vehicle (5 days ago), it takes multiple attempts to start the truck or it just simply won't start at all. I purchased an OBD2 scanner and understand that the truck needs a transmission range sensor. I text Scott Mabry this morning to see if I could bring the truck to them to have this issue corrected and asked what the cost would be. He never responded to me. I'm not asking for a deal of any sort or for free labor, I just simply wanted a quote. With that being said, I'm still happy with my purchase, but I would have appreciated a response from Scott. More
