Bought another great car! We needed a second car and having purchased our Ford truck we love okey at a few used cars. If you want leg room both front and back seat this is the car for you. It has get up and go, great handling. More

Frustrating experience after buying brand new truck - UPDATE Bought a brand new F-150 that has a Sync 3 system that didn’t work for Bluetooth when the salesmen showed me the truck after I already purchased it. Agreed to wait a day to see if it might work later but still hasn’t and he tells me to come on in and get it looked at by the Service department but doesn’t mention needing an appointment or anything of that nature and when I bring it in they tell me they can’t help today and that I need an appointment. Extremely frustrating to buy a brand new truck and apparently they didn’t even take the time to make sure everything worked and aren’t helping rectify the issue in a timely manner. Going to be hard pressed to ever come back after my early experiences so far. Extremely pissed off customer. UPDATE - Campbell did eventually get me taken care of and provided me a loaner car while my truck was in their service department for a week which I did appreciate. While it's hard to get past my first disappointing reaction on my post-buying experience they've worked to make it right. Scott did a great job at making sure everything got taken care after my frustration was made known. More
Pleasingly easy Carl did all I hoped he would do to make me and the dealership happy. His care for me as a customer is rare in the car sales business.
