Probably won't return I made an APPOINTMENT on a Tuesday, for the upcoming Saturday morning at 8:00AM, for "The Works" (oil/filter change and tire rotation.) I arrived at 7 I made an APPOINTMENT on a Tuesday, for the upcoming Saturday morning at 8:00AM, for "The Works" (oil/filter change and tire rotation.) I arrived at 7:55AM, and got checked in promptly. While checking in, the Service people were talking to each other about which Techs were working that day (no one was there yet) and no one seemed to know. Rather than wait at the dealership, I went home, with the understanding that the service wouldn't take long, and they would call me when the work was completed. At 10:30 AM I called to get a status update, as I had not yet been called. I was told the work hadn't even started, since no Tech showed up that morning. I got a call 30 minutes later saying my vehicle was finished. When I picked it up, the repair sheet indicated they had "properly" inflated my tires to 32 PSI....they SHOULD have been 35 PSI (according to the sidewall AND the sticker on the door jamb.) I'm not real confident in Campbell's Service Dept. More

Overpriced underserviced I’ve been there at least 5 times now. Always costs more than anticipated; with an oil change won’t check engine sign without charging me an additiona I’ve been there at least 5 times now. Always costs more than anticipated; with an oil change won’t check engine sign without charging me an additional $120 to check it out. Didn’t look up past service (almost $3000) to be knowledgeable about what was going on with my Ford 350 Super Duty Diesel. More

Definitely recommend Jason Z. More
