Found Campbell Ford who had almost the exact same truck that I had on ord Could not get the 2015 F150 Lariat I ordered from Ford before my deadlines. Found Campbell Ford who had almost the exact same truck that I had on order, which was the only one in the US that matched that close. My salesman Carl Gilbert contacted me right away and we came to an excellent selling price thru some emails and a couple phone calls. Carl set everything up on a Friday and I flew into South Bend on Saturday morning. Carl picked me up at the airport and had me in and out of the dealership in about an hour and on my way for my 8 hour drive home. Very friendly honest welcome from the whole staff, a real comfortable atmosphere that this dealership has. I highly recommend Carl and Campbell Ford. More

mission accomplished I was looking for a used vehicle and decided to purchase from Campbell Ford based on all the positive reviews. I found a nice looking older truck and I was looking for a used vehicle and decided to purchase from Campbell Ford based on all the positive reviews. I found a nice looking older truck and purchased the vehicle that day from their used vehicle inventory. Everyone was helpful and it was pretty much a "pressure-free" process (there is always some back and forth decision making evaluations that are based on trust, reputation, and sometimes "hope", when purchasing things used with an "as is" policy). It turned out that "hope" was not on my side as some mechanical issues surfaced as I started to log some miles on the vehicle. I called Campbell Ford and made arrangements to have the truck brought in to their service dept and they were thorough and quick to diagnose the problem. I was a bit displeased and expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation. A day later, Doug Campbell (owner) contacted me and informed me of the options to make it right, even though it was an "as is" deal. I know whether buying new, used, having things repaired, and even through my own employment as a craftsman that things sometimes don't work out even with the best intentions. There is always going to be "unknowns" when buying a new or used vehicle, but at Campbell Ford, customer satisfaction will never be part of that equation.
