I’ve had a mobile unit come out twice to do recalls. I was offended when it was suggested that we had rodents damage to my Bronco. I took it to our regular mechanic and there was zero rodent damage. It I was offended when it was suggested that we had rodents damage to my Bronco. I took it to our regular mechanic and there was zero rodent damage. It put up an error code that suggested the old battery shorted out the battery and of course we did not have to pay for an inspection as I was told ford would need to do. Instead our mechanic has earned our trust and business and will be replacing our blower. Also the settings were changed on the Bronco and that was draining the battery. Our mechanic had our settings documented. And it matches a previous mechanic notes… I had to get it reset to our settings. Sadly we’re not going to trust ford to service our vehicle at least in this area. Niles and Dowagiac get poor ratings from us. So please don’t bother recommending them come out again. We had Moe and Cody (I’m not sure if the second name is correct) and Cody was the one who suggested the rodent damage. I expect my vehicle to be in at least as good as the condition it as in prior or better, opting to charge me for messing up my vehicle is not a way to earn my trust and business. I have all of this documented, so please do not insult me. Oh and our mechanic is a certified Ford mechanic, so he can do any further recalls. Have a nice day. More

Everything was good as usual, but you didn’t rotate my tires as expected. I was told they’re getting older and will need to be replaced within the next few maintenance schedules, so I’m curious why they w tires as expected.
