I am a 61 year old woman and have truly been deprived of a life experience when it comes to camping. I went to Camping World in Colfax, NC and met a wonderful, experienced salesman named Randy Tucker. He had a caring manner about him. He was very knowledgeable about campers and the camping experience. I didn't just visit there for one day, but for two times more. He had the same manners and caring consideration as before. Randy made sure to listen carefully exactly to what I wanted in my camper. He had a lot of patience and answered lots of questions. I purchased a 2019 Cougar 27SAB. Very Happy Ethan was an amazing sales representative. We came in to have something to fix on our older camper but decided to look around because we knew we would Ethan was an amazing sales representative. He was able to get us at payments we can do and helped us get out of our old Personal loan that had a much higher interest rate. Very happy with today’s outcome! When we were picking up our camper we were shown the how to’s of our new camper by Tyler. Tyler was very thorough in explaining how to work everything. He did an amazing job. He was very patient with our questions as well. We were also helped by Derrick. Derrick showed us how to hook up and properly use our weight distribution kit. We had one before with our previous camper but was never shown properly how to use it, Derrick was very patient with us having to teach us the ends and outs of the towing aspects of rving. Exceptional personal care and assistance As exhausting as all the time here was (48 hours) at our age (75), we could not think of a way we could have been helped more by all the staff people As exhausting as all the time here was (48 hours) at our age (75), we could not think of a way we could have been helped more by all the staff people we dealt with. Quincy and Tucker were both exceptional in all ways, even to carrying our packages from the store to our RV while it was still in the service bay. Costs for the complicated service were explained thoroughly and numerous opportunities were given for asking questions. The store has a really good variety of items that are needed (or wanted) for RV living, and staff even helped with info on things not related to the problems we were having with the RV. We definitely consider this Camping World among our friends. A HUGE thanks to everyone! (For the fresh popcorn, too, and for the overnight parking spot!) More
