Every person we came in contact with was helpful and happy. Jerry is a great leader, Jesse is dedicated and thorough. We felt like we were at a small family run company not a nationwide chain. I had a great experience with the conway, NH camping world! My wife and I stopped by camping world to check out campers late season in anticipation of purchasing a new 5th wheel for next season. We were helped by Nicole Galligan who was extremely pleasant and showed us three different units. She wents into great detail about the high points of each RV and we were able to Get a pretty good idea of the type of fifth wheel we will be interested in next summer. We will most definitely be back to purchase a unit from Nicole next spring! More

Knowledgeable Helpful Staff I was a little nervous when I was searching for my first RV because I wasn't sure where to begin and it is such a large purchase. I had done my research but was still hesitant to make the leap and wanted to give myself plenty of time to shop before Spring...I didn't want to make a mistake! I stopped by other local shops but felt really overwhelmed by the whole process, so I was so glad when I went into Camping World on a whim one day and talked with Nicole. She told me she was new but she was really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, comparing features on different models and offering product demonstration. She understood I was hesitant and even though she knew I might not be ready to make my purchase she was very friendly and took her time with me-I never felt pushed. After reviewing her honest recommendations we thought the Colt 171RK would be best for my needs and she made sure I had all the information I needed for when I'm ready to buy. I felt more confident in my decision, and I now I just can't wait until Spring so I can finally get my new trailer and hit the road! More

I did not know that it would not fit right because they never called me and told me.also I did not know there were other brands that would fit. they had my camper three weeks, I called every week to see what was going o they told me they were waiting for parts. Never said anything was wrong till I came to pick it up and then they said it had tan trim, it was smaller and they had to add trim to it. well they gave me a smaller fridge and the trim they put on it is 3 inches wide and goes across the top and down the right side. the trim consisted of poorly stained luaum that dos not match anything. if I could post a picture of it I would. I'll never be able to sell this camper for it's full value now and it only a 2013 that I bought from them. I have never seen a fridge with a large metal thing sticking out in the freezer compartment like this one has. once installed you own it period. More

Horrible customer service!!!!! I arrived at my campsite after dark and immediately encountered electrical issues in my Rv. Upon researching online I found that my issue could very w I arrived at my campsite after dark and immediately encountered electrical issues in my Rv. Upon researching online I found that my issue could very well be a bad converter. I found that Camping World was set to open at 8 in the morning and I was standing at the door first thing. As I walked in I was greated by a very nice young lady and a man who kindly opened the door and welcomed me. I asked if it would be possible for them to check my converter to which they said "Sure, just go see the guy behind the parts counter. He has all the good tools". This is where my horrible experience started! I asked the man if he could simply check the converter with his volt meter to see if there was 12v coming from it. His response was "$65"! I asked for what? He said "$65 to hook up the volt meter and check the unit." I was clearly in need of a new one had the old unit not checked out. The cost of the new one was $249 but if I became a member for $29 I could get the unit for $209. Knowing that there was a local dealer up the road a bit and not a chain store like the one I was standing in, I decided to head over and see the local guy. Plus I couldn't believe that this man wouldn't take the 30 seconds to check my unit without charging me $65! Knowing that I was going to be spending the money in his store. Upon entering Hills RV in North Conway, I was again greeted by a nice man named Craig. I said to him "Is there any way you could test this for me?" Without hesitation, Craig said " Sure no problem!". Turns out the device was found to be bad and it only took 30 seconds of Craig's time. Amazing!!! Craig had the converter I needed and while it was a bit beefier than the one at the other place it also was $100 more. I explained to Craig the difference in price and he kindly discounted the cost of the unit for me. I still paid more for it than I would have at the other store but on principle alone I welcomed the higher cost. I camp frequently in the area and have sent others to Camping World. I will never grace that doorstep with my presence again as the customer service by their "Service/Parts guy" is horrific! Just shows that the big chain stores don't have the customer in mind and really just care about pushing widgets while the little guy cares about his reputation. More

They have come a long way. Much better We had a very bad experience in Chichester store and traded our camper in Conway and bought another 5th wheel. They went through a rough time but they have great help and very one is professional and courteous and they turned our bad experience at another store into a positive one. Kudos to Rodger. More

It all started with Lisa Barbieri who was wonderful to deal with from beginning to end. She got my trailer fixed but fixed right with zero hassles and lots of humor. Then Roger Fecteau told me I needed air in my tires and if I would pull the trailer around he would take care of the issue. I did and he did. Now this was after they closed and there was another tech with him Roger did it himself. I wish I could have this type of service in Colorado. Marcus Lemonis you have a gem of a service team don't ever lose them. More
