Their service dept has no idea what they are doing, and they take months to do nothing. Once you purchase the RV your sales person will be NO help she will act like she doesn't even know you. The service dept is rude and lies. As of today they have had the unit for 6 weeks and have done nothing. Do not buy from a large company, find a independent RV dealer you might pay a little more, but it is worth it in the long run. They care if their customers are happy. More

The finance person Susan is a cannon waiting to be lit. In fact she almost made me go elsewhere with my purchase twice. If it wasn’t for the already planned trip I would have. If the manager had not stepped in I would have. She can only complain about all the things that went wrong in the facility on the phone and in person. I decided I did not want the extended service plan. She laughed at me. The sales and finance staff is very unprofessional. I only care about my purchase and really do not care about what is good and bad about the facility. The sales person Ed never even thanked me for my purchase. The service staff was the only part of this business that treated me like a customer and went out of their way to make me happy. I was supposed to have two vent fans installed they never did it. Instead they sent me on way with fans in truck because my rig will be going in a campground after my trip for the season. Ordinarily we clean our old rig after it is cleaned out. We left it as is and really don’t care after the experience we had. I am very ridged when I don’t have things go right. However, this Susan went to her manager saying I was being abusive when I told her I did not care about all her issues in the shop. I told them from day one if they could have the trailer ready for Friday I would purchase it otherwise I was going someplace else. They agreed to the terms. They fell short of that goal. Sure we drove out with trailer but it was incomplete. NO I WILL NEVER, BUY ANOTHER RIG FROM CAMPING WORLD AGAIN ANYWHERE. THIS IS THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AND I WILL BE SURE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW. I WILL HAVE IT SERVICED IN ANOTHER PLACE ALSO. CUSTOMERS ARE TO BE TREATED LIKE CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE DUMPING 35000$ in cash and trade combined. More
