This is the email sent to camping world requesting accountability for serious rust damage on a brand new 2023 Ford Freedom Elite coach RV along pictures with which we purchased from Camping World on accountability for serious rust damage on a brand new 2023 Ford Freedom Elite coach RV along pictures with which we purchased from Camping World on 6/29/23 showing the surface rust through out the bottom of the 2023 Ford Freedom Elite coach RV. We also included the pics of the 2023 Ford Freedom Elite coach RV on 7/12/23 at the gas station nearby getting gasoline just after picking it up from being service for a few minor things that were overlooked upon purchase. Apparently the coach must have been driven too close to another item or structure and receive some unwanted damage. Please review and lmk what we should be expecting about these unfortunate incidentals.THAT WAS ALL ON 7/12....ONE MONTH AGO AND STILL NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!!!! 8/12/23 More

I've had my 29RLI there twice for repair and have taken a dead battery in for replacement. They fixed the problems first time in and in a reasonable time (7 days most recently for auto leveling and aslide dead battery in for replacement. The most recent repair they just did it without having to wait for Keystone to "approve" the repair. I have had very good experiences at Chichester NH Camping World ( I purchased my rv at another CW in NH that I will not step foot in again). Tim was my service writer who was very thorough in listening to the issues the rv had and communicating the process for the repair. More

Stay away if buying a used RV or motor home. We bought a 2012 Monaco last May, drove it from VT to NC and have stored it since. When we tried to sell it back to the Camping World in Myrtle Bea We bought a 2012 Monaco last May, drove it from VT to NC and have stored it since. When we tried to sell it back to the Camping World in Myrtle Beach, SC, we had substantial ceiling and water damage in the bathroom. This was not disclosed when we purchased it. Be aware and have a non Camping World inspection to insure that you are not getting screwed, as we did! More
