WORST CAMPING WORLD LOCATION! !!! All liars and low class people. Teresa in service never calls you back ever, orders the wrong parts. Takes 2 months to fix anything. Service mang !!! Just one issues after another with this place. The best part is I picked up my Trailer and they must of gotten a screw in my tire while it was there and did not tell me!!! So they decided to patch it and lie about it!!!! They claim they do not patch tires. Look at the pictures and see for yourself. They patched the tire and did not tell me. I had been looking forward to using my trailer since I have only used it one time since I got it there. The rest of the time it has been in service for a bunch of issues. I had someone verify and the tire was patched and that is extremely unsafe. The tire could of exploded and caused the trailer to flip!!! They will not admit they patched it. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TOO AND HAVE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Chris the GM is a big fat liar too!!!!! They know if they would admit they patched it they would be in serious trouble!!!! Received and amazing deal, but still gave it a few days before I made sure it was the right decision at that time. I put down a $1000.00 deposit. After going over numbers it was about $150.00 more a month than what we’re currently paying. So we decided to go with it. We Went back did another walk through it. There was a few things that needed to be fixed before we finalized the deal. I completed the credit application, and was excited to get the process going. Financing nightmare! I have a 800 credit score, so I was not worried about that at all. Next day the financial advisor called, went over the payment and interest rate. The guy on the other end said my interest rates would be 8.99%. I told him that was way too high and I would look around on my own. The guy than decided to ask me if this was my first camper and if I knew how interested worked on them. Actually yes, this is my 4th camper I’m buying.. he said do what you need to do! After that call I texted our sales rep Curtis Jurgensmier to let him know what just happen, he said to call back and ask for a manager as he was off. I called back left a message and never got a call back. 3 days later another person called me back. Tonya was a breath of fresh air… I let her know I already reached out to good Sam, and they gave me a interest % of 6.99%. And let her know Good sam said for 8.99% would be for someone with a credit score of 650! She made a few calls, and was able to match the 6.99%. I’m sure they thought because I was young 35, I would take whatever they gave me. But after that everything was set. The wait… I was told the would give us and ETA of when the repairs would be done. A week later still nothing, no follows up or ETA. I called back asked for Curtis, he was off. No worries I asked for Tonya. They said she was busy, and would call us back. She called back and said they’re still waiting on the ETA when the camper would be fixed. Next day after not hearing anything I called back Curtis, asking for and update. He said I’ll call you back. Again no update. Another week passes with no follow up. So I call back again, Curtis said we’re still waiting for the camper to be fixed, and he would call me back again. No call back, no follow up. At this point I’m over the awful service I’m receiving. So I decided to make the hour trip and follow up. Get there, camper is still sitting in the parking lot OPEN. Guess what else was there, everything that we asked to be fixed not done. I though okay not a big deal, we’re getting the washer and dryer installed also, almost 4K extra. So maybe they already did that within the two weeks we haven’t heard anything. Guess what else was still not done, yup the washer and dryer was not even installed. So in two weeks they did nothing, did not follow up with me, I followed up with them a total of 7 times! We had a trip planned leaving the following week, so I asked for my deposit back. They didn’t even try to save the deal. After 3 weeks of chasing this place for my business, they gave me my deposit back and wished me the best. I’ve bought 2 campers from camping world with no issues. In the past the sales rep I’ve dealt with called me every step of the way. It’s a shame this experience put such a bad taste in my mouth, I’ll never buy anything from a camper world again. I’m not sure if I was treated like this but I can tell you you’ve lost a customer! I’ll take my business elsewhere, where they know how to treat customers. I’ve attached pictures of what we asked to be fixed, so you can see we where not asking for much for buying and over 100k camper. This place is a joke. I would look everywhere or bring your own financing, or look into it before you sign anything with them. Make sure you check the whole camper!! More

Irvin is the absolute worst I feel like if I had been given any other sales agent my experience would not be as bad as it was. Irvin wasted a ton of my time when it wasn't even busy. He was extremely dis given any other sales agent my experience would not be as bad as it was. Irvin wasted a ton of my time when it wasn't even busy. He was extremely disrespectful over the phone. He told me for no reason at all he gets high and so do some of the people that work with him. He was not aware of the process at all. He made many mistakes on my paperwork that needed to be corrected later. He then blamed me for this. He left allot of information out about the process that was explained to me later. I feel like any person more competent than a rock could do this man's job better than him. The trailers are mad overpriced anyways but the real issue here is Irvin the rest of the Staff was excellent. The guy who showed me the trailer was super cool. I left one star just because of how nasty Irvin is. I can't believe this man works with people. If you choose to go here because the facility is not that bad just make sure you stay away from Irvin. Unless you're trying to buy a bag he's prob got you on that. This man was beyond rude to my fiancee over the phone. More
