Planned a 2 hour trip to Campus Ford to see a pre-owned Hyundai. Although they were tentatively expecting me in the afternoon I failed to call/text them concerning my arrival time and as a result when I go Hyundai. Although they were tentatively expecting me in the afternoon I failed to call/text them concerning my arrival time and as a result when I got there I put my salesperson contact, Tim Taylor, in a tough spot with no time to prepare. The car was not ready to be test-driven and actually required a new battery and diagnostics on the infotainment system. Within an hour and a half of our arrival, Tim facilitated a new battery replacement, then personally drove the car to a nearby Hyundai dealer, and by virtue of his professional relationships with that dealership, got the infotainment system fixed in an amazing timely manner. We were able to test drive the car and it was perfect. We purchased the car, and the remaining experience was just as impressive as Tim and Bez worked around some unforeseen issues on the finance end due to me failing to lift a freeze on one of my credit reports. The sales team and finance team were very pro-active and helpful during the whole process, and we felt very comfortable working with them. Plus, I should add that the description of the vehicle was 100% accurate, and the pricing on the car was super competitive as well. 5+Stars More
