While others may have provided slightly better pricing on certain models (not all), we went with Jim Snead due to their service and responsiveness. Jason Mathews was quick to return phone calls and supply information which was the determining factor in going with Jim Snead. Found me the car I wanted I called several dealerships to inquire about getting a 2014 Mustang GT toward the end of the season. I wanted a pretty specific model and color I cou I called several dealerships to inquire about getting a 2014 Mustang GT toward the end of the season. I wanted a pretty specific model and color I couldn't locate at any dealership in the area. I called Jim Sneed Ford and was connected to Joey Gay. Joey told me he didn't have ANY new mustangs but I could drop by and look at/drive a used 2014 and if I liked it he would find me my car. Seems like any dealership would do this, but sadly this was the first out of multiple try's. The dealership may be small compared to some, but I prefer this atmosphere. All the employees I came into contact with were very friendly. End of the day, Joey and the team found me the car I wanted on a Saturday, and I was driving away in my new car Monday afternoon. Love my new car. My only complaint is that the trunk leaks water. I dropped the car off to be looked at by the body shop and was given a loaner, and within a few hours called to come pick up my car. I was told by the body shop manager that it was simply leaking in when I opened the trunk while it was wet...well that's a bunch of crap. It leaks water. Every time it rains, every time its washed. It leaks. So I am not very happy that my time was wasted on my initial trip to the body shop to get this fixed. I reccomend the dealership to buy, but not to be serviced. I feel like they only took my car in to appease me and make me think they cared to ACTUALLY fix it. Basically they washed the car and then had me come get it. More
