Cancelled on me because “only” transmission guy was at school…but did not tell me until I came in that morning. So a wasted day I took off of work and got my kids around and also arranged an additional ride for the day, for no communication from this dealership and to be cancelled on with no help for a week. Then, once I did get in, a week later, I told them what was happening with the car, nothing was fixed but I was charged, car is still doing EXACTLY what I said it was…crazy huh? I thought the customer was always right, but you made me feel stupid twice for no reason. Terrible business practices all around. I will not be back and I will let everyone know how you operate. If this app allowed zero stars, that’s what I would give. It was seriously that bad. More

Was told I needed a $1550 part replacement due to ongoing 10R80 transmission issues, after already paying $125 for an adaptive learning reset that did nothing. I was called and informed that none of that fi 10R80 transmission issues, after already paying $125 for an adaptive learning reset that did nothing. I was called and informed that none of that fixed my transmission issues, and that I ultimately need to replace my transmission for another almost $8000, and I still had to pay the bill for work that didn’t fix it even 1%. I informed the service manager that my truck, which still only has 58k miles, is running worse now than when I brought it in, and his response was “well I have to pay my guys.” Ford corporate is ignoring the widespread transmission issue, and now a dealer is basically saying “tough, keep paying.” This is the first and last Ford I’ll own.
