Outstanding staff! Incredible experience! My husband and I purchased our first vehicle together from Zeigler Ford of Lowell, and we couldn't be happier. From my very first interaction with the dealership over the phone, I knew it would be a great experience. Bill Meier was exceptional and very thorough, and he made sure we were comfortable and confident throughout the process. Bill was clear and concise, but very friendly and knowledgeable. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our purchase. Eli explained all of our paperwork very clearly, and made sure he answered all of our questions. We will be recommending this dealership to our friends and family, and have confidence that they will receive the same care and respect.

I had a great experience with Jeremy Taylor and Jeff Hess. I was looking for a Jeep and had a tight budget as it’s my first vehicle. They were extremely accomadating, and when I went in to negotiate the price they were open and honest, and worked with me. Jeremy paid attention to everything I told him about my needs and wants for my vehicle and was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the used Gladiator I ended up getting. They also take very good care of their vehicles. I went to four dealerships and they were the only ones who had invested in the vehicle in services, tires and keeping it spotless inside and out. I am so happy with my new truck and extra happy that I can get it serviced with these guys!!

Excellent service and impeccable attention to quality for Lunghamer Ford of Owosso (LFO) Service Department. The past few months have taken a 2016 F-150 for maintenance and manufacturer recalls. Each and every time Mr. kevin Hoover and company were welcoming, professional, and explained the issues in detail prior and during repairs. Mr. Hoover was also key with his assistance navigating Ford Motor Company recalls. The work was completed on a timely basis and price was as quoted at the start of the process. A friend of mine directed me to Steve Azar a salesperson at Bob Maxey Ford in Howell. He found the perfect car for me and my husband. We're older and needed a super dependable car that we could actually afford. He sold the car to someone originally and had a record of all the service done to it. They did some more work on it prior to our purchase. A 2017 car with only 82,000 miles on it. I could see that Steve likes to interact with people and find the right car for them. We are delighted with our new car and Steve too! Totally recomend Bob Maxey Ford in Howell, and Steve as well!

I purchased a 2012 escape from this dealership about a month ago. The test drive went well even for one with a stick transmission. I saw no problems and bought the car with a cashier's check. Within a couple days I could see an oil stain under it and the shifter never would engage consistently. Plus there was a squeaking belt that developed. I will probably end up selling it

Avoid this dealer. They don’t help their customer or stand by what they sell. I’m done fighting with them after having problems with a vehicle that had a recall and was in and out of the shop for 2 years and still problems they expect me to pay for now when they just replaced the part last year.

The sales staff were friendly and did everything right when it came to closing it was a very unpleasant experience . The person who processed the paperwork started telling us everything that can go wrong with this beautiful vehicle belittling the Lincoln name which I highly respect he was pushing to sell us extended warranties starting at 2500 dollars. He told us there is nothing better and that I had to make a decision right now. Of course that made me just want to get away from him figuring that it must be a very large commission for him. So when we got home with the car my wife is questioning if this is a good vehicle what’s going to break. We have had much discussion of what to do and after I thought about it I decided to put tit in the hands of the dealer. So I sent them my complaints and at this point they asked me to provide a review which I am, happy to provide. I have no idea if or when they will tell me something to make me feel better. I believe this a good dealer with a bad employee/. At least I hope they didnt train him to torment buyers.

We had to do some quick truck shopping when our Ranger was determined to be too worn out to make an upcoming trip to Canada. Found one online at Albion Motors. We worked with Chris, he was great at quick replies to our questions and walked us through every step. Took all the time we needed with no pressure to make a decision. We were able to drive it home same day which was much appreciated since we had come a distance. We highly recommend Chris, he made it really easy for us, and was really enjoyable to work with. I enjoy making the trip from Galesburg to Plainwell to get my oil changed. Everyone there is alway nice, friendly, the waiting room is always clean, and my service is always completed quickly!

Multi point inspection NOT DONE - TO TRUSTING

UPDATE Im on SSD from 2 back surgery's and 3 neck surgery's I finally saved enough money to get the AC checked as it did not work. I bought it in December so I could not tell. And they told me the AC works, As it went threw our multi point inspection. I all ready had to have the front struts and rear autoride shocks and upper and lower ball joints Repaired. As the steering wheel would shack An this cost me $1100.00 for that repair. Which I was told was all inspected and in working order. Now the repair shop called and said the rear AC albumin line has a hole in it and there is no Freon in the system. And the repair will be $1248.00 DO NOT TRUST ANY ONE AT THIS DEALER THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. And dont buy there extended warranty as they would not cover this as they said it was a preexisting problem just like the suspension

Alice was quick to reach out to me and set me up with Randy who was going to help me with my purchase. They both were so awesome and Randy especially knew his stuff and went out of his way to get the information that I needed. Unlike some other dealers who "guessed" at an answer (and were wrong), Randy had no problem making sure he gave me correct info. Unfortunately, although I was ready to purchase a Ford Explorer at this dealership, we decided we needed a larger vehicle to tow. I felt horrible leaving Randy hanging on the day that I was going to come in because he truly was so wonderful to work with. I hope whoever reads this has a chance to work with him in the near future. You'll be in good hands.
