Great experience. Victoria was able to take care of everything quickly and was accommodating to my hectic schedule. When I picked up the car it was clean inside and out and Without asking, they even fi everything quickly and was accommodating to my hectic schedule. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD X 2 My story is an unusual one. I purchased a vehicle from Cape Cod Carz on June 29, 2020. I was first referred to them by my best friend, who purchased My story is an unusual one. I purchased a vehicle from Cape Cod Carz on June 29, 2020. I was first referred to them by my best friend, who purchased a car from here three years ago. She sings their praises all the time. She still contacts them regarding routine maintenance questions, and they always help her out. I told her “they must be sick of you” and she said “no, Rick Jr. told me to call him anytime. So I took her advice and contacted them. I worked with Rick Jr. on finding what I wanted. Within a couple of weeks of our first conversation, Rick found exactly what I was looking for, right down to the color. I wanted to buy the vehicle outright, I did not want a car payment. Once again, he was accommodating and willing to work with me. Within two weeks, I had all the money, paid in full for the vehicle and was on my way. By the time I picked it up, my insurance company had been notified, the vehicle was registered and inspected, waiting for me. Unfortunately, on July 13, 2020, two weeks to the day that I picked up the vehicle, I was rear ended by a distracted driver and was hit at approximately 50mph and my dream vehicle was totaled. I was so devastated. I contacted Rick Jr. with the news. He was shocked to say the least, he was so eager to help in anyway he could. Once again, I found exactly what I wanted. Rick made my second experience even better than the first. This has been by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. They make you feel like a VIP the first time you walked through the door. No pressure, they listened to your needs. They work with you to put you in a vehicle you can afford. The whole staff is friendly and make you feel like an old friend. They have gained a lifelong customer in me, and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. My sincere gratitude to Rick Jr. and all his staff, I truly appreciate all you have done for me in the last two months. I have to say that my experience with these guys was awesome. Even though they were really busy they made sure I was being taken care of. Saddened to unexpectedly lose my 2007 Saturn Vue, I was looking for something similar online, and available immediately in this area. Victoria was the first person to answer any of my online requests, and I’m very glad she did! The entire team at Cape Cod Carz, led by father/son owners Rick Sr. and Rick Jr. were so kind, pleasant & helpful. The process of purchasing my new (to me!) car was easy and as stress-free as possible. They also got right back to me to answer questions a few days later, after I’d already been enjoying my new vehicle. While I hope to not be buying again anytime in the near future, I would recommend going to Cape Cod Carz when you’re ready to purchase your next car! More
