Disappointed Made an appointment and dropped car off at 8:15 am for oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection. Never received an update. Called approximately 2 1/2 hours later for an update. Left message. Over the next 1 hr never received a call back . On my uconnect it was showing the oil chance and update at 9:11. So we headed over the vehicle was sitting first in line and was completed. We were told had to get paperwork together and was directed to our agent. Introduced self and stated we were here to pick up. I was told it wasn’t ready and in line. I pointed to the car and he said I have no keys. Walked to the car and there they were. Then the wrong paperwork was done so he was sent back. Then the printer broke and after another 25 min I asked the lady to check and he forgot. Finally get in my car and my tire pressures are 35 LF 41 RF 44 LR and 39 R rear. They are supposed to be 33 front and 36 rear. I had to go to a gas station to adjust. My last experience was exceptional and this one horrible. I will be going back to the Fort Myers Jeep dealership which is too bad since I live so close. More
