Quick, Clean, but Pricey and Misleading The oil change/tire rotation and new wiper blade installation took less than an hour. The service center is very clean and has great accommodations. My oil change and tire rotation was $50ish and was covered by my Mopar protection plan. This leads to my first issue. My two wiper blades cost me not only $49.50 but then I was also charge a miscellaneous charge labeled as "Shop Supply Cost" of $7.38 which is noted as %14.9 of the parts price. So I payed for the parts already and then was charged again for using the shops parts. In total my two wiper blades cost $60.58. That's more than the entire Oil change and tire rotation cost. I would have changed the blades myself but when I looked at them, they seemed to be a proprietary model and had the dealership do it. To my surprise the new wiper blades installed on my car are just generic snap on wiper blades that I could have gotten at Autozone. Lastly when I got back in my car the next oil change mileage amount sticker was listed to come back in 3000 miles. The car is recommended by Chrysler to change its oil every 5000 miles. Putting 3000 on the sticker just shows that they are trying to get people that don't know any better to come back sooner and spend money more often than necessary. I also called the service manager and left a voicemail asking to be called back. I never was called back. More
