So happy this Dodge dealership opened in this area. When I moved into this area I found only one dealership to handle my warranty and routine service. The first service I received was a simple oil change. When the work was done the service rep came to get me and said my care would be ready as soon as it came out of the car wash. A wash, I almost hit the floor with the quality of the service experience there. They may be a little further away than the old dealership I was dealing with before, but light years ahead in quality of service. More

Lured down under false pretenses Sent email inquiry on 2014 Yukon. Received email and phone call saying the vehicle was available to be looked at. Upon arrival, the vehicle cannot be found on the lot...at all. Salesman states that vehicle was sent to auction 2 or 3 days prior. Why was the vehicle still on the website? Why was the salesman still holding the keys to the vehicle if it had been sent to auction? Why was I emailed AND called by the staff informing me that the vehicle was available to be seen? I feel as if we were told that the vehicle was available in the hopes that we would find something more expensive. More
