They need to get their act together On 03/05/2019 I spoke to Savannah on the phone and made an appointment for 1:00 on 03/06/2019 to look at a 2017 Caravan I saw on the website. She told me the Caravan would be all cleaned up and parked out front ready for me to test drive when I arrived. I arrived on time, I was told Savannah was off that day. But a salesperson would be right with me. 30 mins later a met my salesperson (Torey). A nice young man, but very little experience. It took him about 30 mins to locate the Caravan. After walking me out back to see the van, he told me it was a new to the lot and had not yet been prepped and I could not test drive it. I asked if he had the key so I could a least look at it. That took another 30 mins to locate the key. While I waited in the hot sun. Torey was able to find another 2017 Caravan that I could test drive. I liked it and decided to purchase it. I save time, I had already completed the online trade-in form from your website and took and uploaded two photos. I was told that they don't use that online form (so that was a waste of my time). After a long wait, I finally got to meet with Rickard Smith to going over the finances and finalize the deal. Rick asked me if I wanted the printouts of the paperwork or have it emailed to me. I said to email it. It's been over a week and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE EMAIL. This email contains my loan and extended warranty info. It's important that I have it. I have called and left messages with Richard and still nothing. One the the key fobs was missing so Torey wrote up a "we own you". I'm sure I will never see that key fob. By 6:30 in the evening the paper work was all done and I could leave. 5 and a half hours to buy a car in crazy! Especially, when I made an appointment and did the trade-in info ahead of time, Like your website suggests. The last two cars I bought too less than two hours. Now here's the real kicker! Since I bought the Caravan from you a week ago, I have been hounded by three different salespeople from your dealership, wanting to know if I was still interested in buying a Caravan. PLEASE GET ME MAY PAPERWORK!!!! More
Too expensive I had two experiences with you service department. The first was when I stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was shocked and decided to go elsewhere. On my way home I stopped off at the Chevrolet Dealer and got my truck right in with no wait and the cost was $59.95 and was given a rebate form for $15.00. Total cost to me was approximately $45.00 plus tax. The second experience was when I dropped my truck off for the four outstanding recall issues. I was told it would take a while, since one of the recalls required about four hours to complete. They said they would can when it was ready. At 2:00 PM the second day I called to determine the status. I was told the truck just came out of the car wash and they were just about to call me. 30 minutes later I stopped to get my truck and it was not even in the service area. One of the techs had to take my keys and go get the truck. When he came back he apologized for not having time to run it through the car wash, even though I was told it was already washed and ready for pickup. My advice to the service reps would be to not mislead the customer, just tell them the truth. More

Cost we’re fully explained and time for work to be completed was responsible and the facility was exceptional as I waited for work to be completed. I recommend this dealership for service to all. Really Good Service with a Very Poor Start! This rating would have been a five if the check in process hadn't taken 65 minutes. Becky did her best to make up for the failure. The management of this dealership needs to have a greater respect for the customers time. I will give it another try in the future. There are always other options if these practices don't improve. Really good service with a very poor start. I was here for a recall on my passenger side airbag. Many customers were waiting for service on the recall. That was enough inconvenience all on its own. EXCELLENT!! I called the dealership because my vehicle wouldn't start. Scott Dolloff from the service center immediately sent someone out to jump start my batter I called the dealership because my vehicle wouldn't start. Scott Dolloff my service advisor listened, rode with me me and was very understanding of the issues no matter how small a couple of them were. He did a great job relaying my issues to the tech. All is perfect with my Wrangler. Thanks Scott. Also.... just one look at this service department compared to all the other Jeep dealers in the area... What great tech wouldn’t want to work there?
