Oil change Everyone was cordial and polite. Upon asking how long it would take to get my oil changed I was informed that it would take 45 minutes for the oil to Everyone was cordial and polite. As this is my first diesel vehicle I found this a useful bit of information and better understood what I might have otherwise considered "slow" service. I would much rather wait a little while and get a proper oil change. I do not know the young ladies name whom I dealt with but she obviously is well trained. repair costs, replacement fluids, and misc. charges too high The recall and oil leak were both repaired properly. The quote for the oil leak repair seemed excessive. We were going to take the vehicle somewhere e The recall and oil leak were both repaired properly. The quote for the oil leak repair seemed excessive. We were going to take the vehicle somewhere else at a lower repair price, but the service advisor at Cape Coral CDJR negotiated a lower price to "earn our business" During the repair they had to empty our antifreeze. They called to make sure it was OK to fill antifreeze. When we got our bill, I was shocked to see a charge for $43.12 for antifreeze/coolant. The charge was much higher than we would have paid if we had purchased it ourselves elsewhere. I also questioned a misc. charge of $59.60. I was told that was for shop supplies such as rags, gloves, clean up, etc. and use of car wash if needed. They did not wash our car. The price of $125.00 per hour for repair service should include shop supplies. If they plan to "earn our business" they are going to have to lower prices to be competitive with other repair shops..
