My 2015 Charger issue Let me first say I have never been to a nicer dealership in my life. I was greeted and helped by a wonderful and professional service representative. Let me first say I have never been to a nicer dealership in my life. I was greeted and helped by a wonderful and professional service representative. Becky listened and understood my issue. It was well documented in my opinion. However when I got my car back the symptom was still present. Trip #2 and this time the problem was identified (I hope). My only complaint is I was charged $440 for a repair I did not need. Let’s hope trip #3 corrects my problem and it is covered by my MaxCare warranty that I purchased for a very large price tag. Having said all of this. I am overall happy with your efforts to make my Charger healthy again. Great facility and great staff. More
