DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! !! DO NOT PURCHASE THE OIL/SERVICE PACKAGE. DO NOT PURCHASE THE TIRE & WHEEL PACKAGE. This is by far the WORST service department I have ever dea !! DO NOT PURCHASE THE OIL/SERVICE PACKAGE. DO NOT PURCHASE THE TIRE & WHEEL PACKAGE. This is by far the WORST service department I have ever dealt with. I purchased a brand new Rocky Ridge 1500 from them two years ago, and from the very beginning it’s been nothing but problems. The first time I brought it in, it was for an oil change (which was supposed to be covered under the oil package I purchased), plus a loose headliner and Uconnect issues. They tried to charge me for the oil change despite the package. Right after the oil change — literally within 10 minutes of leaving — my AC compressor locked up, coolant and oil spilled everywhere, and I was stranded. They eventually fixed that, along with the headliner (again)… but within TWO DAYS, the headliner came loose again. Then I noticed paint bubbling on the hood and bumpers. They agreed to paint the hood but refused to do the bumpers, saying Rocky Ridge would cover them — and I would have to find my own body shop. Since then, I’ve had to bring my truck in MULTIPLE times for the same headliner and Uconnect problems, and I still have the same issues. I also had a scratched rim. Even though I paid $2,200 for the Tire & Wheel Package, they told me it only covers $50 of the repair — and charged me $150 out of pocket. My service advisor, Bishoy, never returned calls or texts with updates. He told me a month ago that he submitted a warranty claim to Rocky Ridge regarding the lights — I called Rocky Ridge myself, and they confirmed they never received anything from the dealership. When you call to ask for a manager they never answer or return calls. After 4–6 attempts, they still haven’t fixed my headliner, Uconnect, or lights. This dealership has wasted my time, my money, and my patience. I regret ever purchasing from them, and I will never recommend them to anyone. More
