I have used this dealership for my jeep since moving into the area 3 years ago. It was always easy to make an appointment on line for service and the wait times have been approximately 2-3 weeks. The vehicle drop off area is well marked, clean, and staffed. The staff are always friendly and make me feel welcomed. The communication is great and my jeep is always serviced in a reasonable amount of time. I have never had an issue with any service performed since being a customer. I definitely recommend Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. More

In Cape Coral for vacation and visiting family, needed an oil change before I make the long drive back home. Went to Cape Coral CDJR, pulled up and a service advisor came right up. I said okay I’m assuming 10k mile oil change so full synthetic? He said yes. I hung out and waited, walked around and definitely a beautiful dealership! Lots of inventory, counted 16 hellcat durangos! Got a txt about an hour and 115 minutes later saying the truck was ready. Went to the checkout counter and the total ended up being just under $90 which was better. I usually go to the dealer to have the oil change done on my truck just to have the record. Opened up my gloves box and pulled out an invoice from my dealer back home, same oil change ( I checked the part numbers on both invoices ) so just a 5k mile oil change and not fully synthetic as I was told. Back home at my local CDJR dealer this same exact oil change comes to $45! More
