Dealer reached out and offered to have the original oil change I was told when I showed up. Didn’t have the time to go back in and they said is there anything else they could do. I wasn’t really expecting anything but I said a refund for the confusion and lack of communication. They have not responded back, it’s been 4 days since the last communication.
