I called the service department to verify if parts for an open recall on my car were available, we confirmed the specific recall and I was told it was available and I was offered an appointment. I live in Port Charlotte and went all the way there just to waste my time, when I got there my car was received and held for 2.5 hours before they came back to tell me there were no parts available for my open recall. Not only did I waste my trip all the way there, but cannot even understand why they scheduled and received my car in the first place. How come it took them more than 2 hours to realize they did not have the parts for the car. I called and scheduled the appointment after confirming the parts were available. I took time off from work to be able to go there because I was told the department that handles recalls only worked Monday through Friday. On my first visit there for an oil change and tire rotation I had some minor issues but once they heard of the problem they completely took care of everything. Very disappointed in my last service visit. It was ridiculous was start to end. Felt very misled, had an 8:00 and told them when the appt was made that I would wait. I didn’t wait because the service writer told me it would be about 3 hours and that was after them checking in people no particular order which was very frustrating watching people who arrived after you being checked in. Also heard another service writer tell his buddy to just smile and deal with it. Sorry your customers are such an inconvenience to your employees. I also called and left a message for the GM to please call me and of course that didn’t happen. Not as good as it used to be. More

After service my car interior had grease on the arm rest and glove box door. This is the second time this has happened and management was advised both times. Went to have my oil changed at the express lane which took 3 hours and 30 minutes. Not so express in my opinion. Genuinely the best experience working with Mike in the service department. Going to a dealership can be such a difficult task on the to do list especially when sales representatives often try to sell you service department. Going to a dealership can be such a difficult task on the to do list especially when sales representatives often try to sell you anything and everything or worse when the service team speak down to you or is unkind. This is absolutely not the case here, I have never been more pleasantly surprised. And my Jeep has had its fair share of issues so I’ve been here A LOT this year. The entire service team has been very kind, efficient, and trustworthy. I’m really grateful to have found a place where having my Jeep taken care of doesn’t make me dread taking it in. I know there are a few choices in the area for Jeep owners but please trust me when I say this is the only place worth going. Ask for Mike! More
