Went to have my oil changed at the express lane which took 3 hours and 30 minutes. Not so express in my opinion. If they are not going to allow appointments for oil changes they should at least have some took 3 hours and 30 minutes. Not so express in my opinion. Genuinely the best experience working with Mike in the service department. Going to a dealership can be such a difficult task on the to do list especially when sales representatives often try to sell you service department. Going to a dealership can be such a difficult task on the to do list especially when sales representatives often try to sell you anything and everything or worse when the service team speak down to you or is unkind. This is absolutely not the case here, I have never been more pleasantly surprised. And my Jeep has had its fair share of issues so I’ve been here A LOT this year. The entire service team has been very kind, efficient, and trustworthy. I’m really grateful to have found a place where having my Jeep taken care of doesn’t make me dread taking it in. I know there are a few choices in the area for Jeep owners but please trust me when I say this is the only place worth going. Ask for Mike! More
