Unprofessional, they kept my vehicle for 2 days and returned it without fixing the problem. My rear a/c will not cool. This SC had our Jeep for 59 days. 59 days. They knew what was wrong within a few days (engine replacement). We had the extended warranty but that took weeks (like 5 weeks) for veri 59 days. We had the extended warranty but that took weeks (like 5 weeks) for verification that we properly maintained the vehicle (which we did) and the warranty adjuster to come out two or three times (why). We had to spend over $1600 for a rental car with them. The 59 days was out of our control and we feel we should have gotten a loaner vehicle not a rental.
