I will never go back there again. It took three weeks to gat a appointment for Service. They gave me a appointment to be there at three o’clock in the afternoon. This repair was for a reprogram for electric brakes. They texted me the same morning to confirm I would keep the appointment. I arrived on time and after 45 minutes a young man finally asked me why I was there. I told him and he Told me I had a hour and a half wait and probably it wouldn’t get done today. I’m 85 years old and been a mechanic all my life and know this was no longer Than a half hour job. I needed this done no longer than this to have electric Trailer brakes working. When I got back I was going to buy a new truck from Them but not now. I will never go there again and will be telling every one About the way they treated me. Why didn’t they call or text me and reschedule My appointment. I drove 140 miles and got treated badly and wasted a half day. I called another local dealer and told them the story and they worked out a Appointment in two days. I’m buy my new truck from them when I get back. Warning customers shouldn’t be treated like this. I purchased the Jeep Wave extended warranty on my Galdiator. Took the vehicle to get the oil change. Had to try 2 days in a row due to long lines due to the fact you cannot make an appointment to do Galdiator. Took the vehicle to get the oil change. Upon getting my vehicle back, it was low on coolant, low on power steering fluid( which I now have to go out and purchase) and the tire pressures were low on all 4 tires. I am not sure whether or not the tires were rotated. The Jeep sat completed for 15 minutes before I approached the counter to see if it was done. I was the told the mechanic that supposedly worked on the car, Scott, went to lunch. I have NEVER encountered such poor service!!!! If I would have know how horrible your service department was, I would have purchased my vehicle elsewhere!!! My last vehicle was from Sutherlin Nissan and their service department was stellar. You might want to send your staff there for some training on service and service management. Once my warranty for service work is over , I definitely WILL NOT be going back and anyone asking where to buy a Jeep or Dodge I will definitely steer away from this dealer More
