Had issue with pumping fuel in a ram 1500, they replace tank, tubes and fuel pump. I took 3 visits but its finally fixed. Ram should call a recall about this issue as it's happening by the thousands all ar tank, tubes and fuel pump. I took 3 visits but its finally fixed. Buyer Beware. Service and parts departments really need an overhaul. It took 8 months of us being on a service list to get our 3 RECALL items addressed. I called f Service and parts departments really need an overhaul. It took 8 months of us being on a service list to get our 3 RECALL items addressed. I called frequently to see if parts were available and was continually told, not yet we'll call you. It took 30 days once we dropped our truck off to get our recalls and 1 warrenty item fixed. I believe this dealership puts warrenty and recall work on the back burner as those services don't pay as much. No one calls you back for days and when they do all you get is ticket is still open and someone will call you back with further details. We had to go to the dealership to find out what was going on with our truck. This is not the first time we had service delays from this dealership, but it will be the last. I will travel out of town to have our truck serviced. More

I went in for an inoperative left rear turn signal light on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 47,000 miles. The result was an unattached wire in the rear of the vehicle which took 5 labor hours to fix, as so on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 47,000 miles. The result was an unattached wire in the rear of the vehicle which took 5 labor hours to fix, as some of the rear interior had to be removed. Michael Castori, Assistant Service Manager was great in communicating what was happening, and after a few days I had my Jeep back. The problem was the bill. 5 hours of labor with no parts plus tax came to $1,140.00. $200/hour is just too high, even for a dealership. Additionally, when I got the car back I noticed that the front door handle opening functions were not working. I took the car back to the dealer and Mike got me in right away. Come to find out that a pin in a connector for some door antenna wasn't seated properly after the repair. This was fixed without additional charge and I was on my way. Service at this dealership is okay, and the people seem genuinely interested in a positive outcome, but prices for service are high. I will continue to use this dealership when necessary, but will rely on other shops for reasonably priced general service. More

My truck is 2 months old and somehow a mouse can get into the engine and do 1100 worth of damage. I have owned trucks on farms for 40 years and never had this happen. This truck had 1000 miles and kept in an epoxy floor garage with no signs so it must be a really xxxxty design for this to happen. On top of this, the self driving features are the worst of anything I have owned. This truck was 83k and lane assist bounces you from Side to side while my wife’s 25k Kia will stay in the middle of the lane and drive you to Miami. Safety features simply suck!!! No other way to put it. More
