Terrible customer service. I made an appointment but was told they couldn't get to it till the next day, for diagnostics. I had to find my vehicle when it was done and it still I made an appointment but was told they couldn't get to it till the next day, for diagnostics. I had to find my vehicle when it was done and it still had all the plastic and paper from the service guys and it wasn't run through the wash. Horrible considering how much I had to pay for just diagnostics. More

I called the dealership and made an appointment. The appointment was for 7:30 AM for a simple oil change because the oil plug was leaking. The plug was covered under warranty. I pulled in at 7:25 AM and there were about a dozen other customers showing up at the same time. I waited until 9:15 and went to check on progress, was told we just need to rotate the tires, just a few more minuets. My truck was not returned to me until 10:10 AM Nearly 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. More

This was my third visit regarding the driver seat heater not working since December’23. My service writer, Michael took good notes in order to understand the issue and he told me there was an error code fo not working since December’23. My service writer, Michael took good notes in order to understand the issue and he told me there was an error code for the heating unit when he checked. The tech checked and determined it needed a new wiring harness. I told Michael that if parts needed to be ordered, I would bring the car back once received. He told me that the part was on back order and that he would call me once it arrived. Very pleased with how he handled everything. More

Awful. I requested “FULL” synthetic oil & even had a coupon for “FULL” synthetic. When I got home & looked at the invoice I see I was given “synthetic blend I requested “FULL” synthetic oil & even had a coupon for “FULL” synthetic. When I got home & looked at the invoice I see I was given “synthetic blend”, and the coupon does not appear to have been applied. Had to wait 2 hours & now will have to get another oil change in a couple month to get “FULL” synthetic, that's all I've ever put in my vehicle. More
