I took my van in for repair of inside panel in the rear of cargo area this is used to store the charging cord it has been in for this repair 2 times the first time they had to order a part. Then then contacted me 3 weeks later that the part was in,I made a second appointment and this time they charged me 20 dollars and then told me thay can’t fix it no other explanation give to me.how can a company build a vehicle and then not.be able to fix it.im Not happy. The dealership does a good job. The express lane gets you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. It is quite obvious that the service dept is severely understaffed. Since I am being hounded for a review- I brought my vehicle in for basic repairs a fuel injector and spark plugs. After going back and forth about the warranty I purchased not being honored I was given vehicle in for basic repairs a fuel injector and spark plugs. After going back and forth about the warranty I purchased not being honored I was given an estimate, in which I waited 3 days to have been sent to me directly for documentation purposes. My estimate amount and what I agreed to pay changed from the time I spoke to my representative and when I picked up my vehicle. (In which they did honor the amount I agreed to pay but changes in cost were not explained at all) When my vehicle was brought up from the service department after being there for a week my hood was not latched (when they handed me my keys to drive away!) and the engine cover had not been replaced nor had the code been cleared for the check engine light. I will never return to the Cape Coral location nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. More
Need more help in the service department. Waited twenty minutes just to get someone to check me in. Fine after that. I just think you need more help out there. I’ve had at least two recalls that should’ve been taken care of with our first oil change that weren’t and I don’t understand why because you keep sending me texts about him and we were there and you didn’ care of with our first oil change that weren’t and I don’t understand why because you keep sending me texts about him and we were there and you didn’t do it.
