The experience was frustrating and unprofessional. We waited 11 days for our appointment on Tuesday 2/13. On Tuesday I was told parts needed to be ordered and truck would be ready on Thursday. We waited 11 days for our appointment on Tuesday 2/13. On Tuesday I was told parts needed to be ordered and truck would be ready on Thursday. On Thursday, I heard nothing all day. When I messaged, I didn’t hear back for 3 hours. I messaged again asking for status, and was told needed another day truck ready on Friday. On Friday I again heard nothing. At 4 PM I called and my service advisor did not know status. He checked and told me would need one more day. I expressed frustration and was told definitely Saturday. I requested someone call me (rather than me have to keep calling) by noon with status. Service advisor promised (his exact word) I would get a call by noon. On Saturday, no one called. At one pm I called. My service advisor was out so I had to talk to scheduling. She had no update on my truck. Said the ticket was open. I escalated and was given contact info for Danyiel Alfonso the fixed ops manager who I called. No answer. Left message. Never heard back from Danyiel. At about 3pm another service advisor called. Told me because the bolts needed replacement they wouldn’t be done Saturday would be Monday 2 days later. I told advisor we knew about the boots on Tuesday!!!! That’s why they ordered new ones!!!! This was not new info. He apologized but said wouldn’t be done. I also told him I was promised a call by noon and no one called. He apologized and didn’t know why. I was told the work was half done. On Monday, I received a call from service advisor about 9am saying the truck was almost done. I didn’t get a call until 5 hours later. On top of all that, the checkin process was awful. I did the online checkin but that was useless. I still had to talk to service advisor. I sat in my car for nearly 20 minutes before someone approached my car. 20 minutes. I had indicated online, and to service advisor, I did NOT want a recall service performed because I was in middle of trip and didn’t want it messed with. When I picked up truck it had been done anyway I saw on receipt. I never authorized that work and no one told me it was being done. I know no charge but I wanted to wait until summer. All I got was apologies. No accountability. No ownership. This is our only Vehicle here and we were supposed to 2 days without truck it was 6 days. This is after waiting nearly 2 weeks for our apppintment. More
Great job diagnosing the problem and ordering the correct part. Since the part was not stocked we agreed to circle back when it became available. It was about three weeks later. The part arrived, the repair appointment was set, the loaner vehicle was reserved, and 24 hours later the repaired vehicle was available.A lot of coordination, communication, execution and results. Didn't fix what I brought it in for. Then refused to fix it. If you buy a jeep and expect them to do warranty work forget it.
