I was surprised to find Chyrsler has stopped making parts for my 2010 Sebring convertible (latching motor for the top) Guess its time to trade it in but certainly will not buy another Chyrsler vehicle be for my 2010 Sebring convertible (latching motor for the top) Guess its time to trade it in but certainly will not buy another Chyrsler vehicle because of this. No parts for a 12 year old vehicle? REALLY!!!! My service advisor Lisa Millspaugh was however an excellent person to deal with and I would highly reccomend her. She helped me find an after-market replacement part which I brought back to the dealer and had them install it. Car works good now - THANKS LISA! Gary Bell More

The service was ok at best. Once they determined what needed to be done they finished the job and didn't contact me to let me know that the car was ready.
